Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled IT Officer to join our team. The IT Officer will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of all technology systems, and providing technical support to staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware.
  • Provide technical support and training to staff on software and hardware issues.
  • Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place and followed.
  • Oversee the installation and configuration of new software and hardware.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Develop and implement IT policies and best practices.
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in IT support or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of network management, data security, and IT infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in [specific software or tools relevant to your organization].
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
