Position Overview

CEFRES is recruiting four (4) Program Specialists to help achieve our objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of core programs.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for program management and sustainability.
  • Conduct research to identify economic development opportunities.
  • Analyze economic data and prepare reports for decision-making.
  • Collaborate with government officials, business leaders, and community members.
  • Provide technical and analytical support in economic policy and data analysis.
  • Monitor program progress and make necessary adjustments.
  • Evaluate program performance and recommend improvements.
  • Establish and manage relationships with donors and partners.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Education: Minimum of a Master’s degree in economics, development studies, or social sciences.
  • Experience: At least five (5) years (with Master’s) or three (3) years (with PhD) in relevant fields.
  • Required Skills: Coordination with government agencies, experience in think tanks, and proficiency in data analysis tools.
